Hiring for Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will work closely with the hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, networking, and other methods.

  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.

  4. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  5. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates.

  6. Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred but not required.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
