Hiring for Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will work closely with the hiring Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, networking, and other methods.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates.
Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
